The ballasts may have scuffs, dents and scratches from shipping and moving around, but they have never been used! This ballast won’t fit vehicles equipped with 4 PIN power plug ballast!

Will fit:
2004-2005 Cadillac SRX
and
2003-2005 Cadillac CTS
with 12 pin power plug!
