Refund Policy:

FACTORY XENON believes in customer satisfaction. Within 30 days (warranty period) of your purchase, items can be returned to FACTORY XENON via USPS or approved carrier. Please contact us at with any concerns you may have with your order. We will provide you instructions on how to return your items for exchange or refund. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All exchange or return merchandises must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange or return items. After the order has been shipped, shipping fees, handling fees and processing fees. will not be refunded.

Refused shipment will be charged to your credit card for shipping and handling fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-sending the refused shipment.

No exchange or return for refund can be made if the bulbs are damaged due to the customers’ mishandling (handle the glass capsule with bare hands), abuse, accident or negligence.

For all U.S. customers – defected bulbs replaced under warranty, FACTORY XENON will be responsible for the shipping cost and will only ship by USPS 1st Class Mail.

For all international customers – all items under warranty period will be replaced, however customers is responsible for shipping cost.

For returns out of warranty period – we charge a 20% re-stocking fee, which covers shipping fees, handling fees and processing fees.
